Our Trusted Psychological Services

Children & Adolescents

Our Mind Connect psychologists specialise in providing psychological assessment and treatment to children and adolescents experiencing a wide range of difficulties.

We work collaboratively with young people and their families to develop an individualised treatment plan to achieve their goals.

Our psychologists relate to children exceptionally well and strive to provide a warm and friendly environment where our young clients feel safe and comfortable.

Adults

As adults, sometimes we need help that the people around us are not able to provide. When you need an outside perspective, or expert guidance, speaking with a psychologist can help.

Mind Connect psychologists are professionally trained listeners who can help you overcome emotional challenges, and make positive changes in your life.

Mind Connect Psychology offers adult clients a confidential and secure professional relationship, as well as a safe place to discuss your situation.

Psychological Assessments

Our psychologists conduct psychological assessments with children and adults. For children in particular, psychological assessment can identify strengths and challenges to better support development, classroom learning, behaviour and social and emotional development. For example, assessment can identify giftedness, specific learning disorders, intellectual disability, or behavioural issues such as ADHD and ODD.

At Mind Connect Psychology we offer three main types of assessment: cognitive assessment, educational or academic assessment, and social-emotional-behavioural assessment.
